Open Letter to the People of The United States

I am writing because in my opinion the politics of the United States are in a dangerous territory and I believe that you as an integral part of our government (it's citizenry) can make a profoundly positive difference for our nation.

The increased burden on local, State, and the Federal Government to fund the many social welfare programs is not only fiscally irresponsible, but unsustainable. The list of tax-payer funded programs is inexhaustible, and seeing the extent and degree of advertisements promoting increased participation virtually guarantees the crippling of our society.

The American dream was not a dream at all, it was a gift. Prior to our gaining independence from Great Britain, if a person was born poor anywhere in the world they were destined to live and die poor. Aristocrats would always remain as the ruling class. Today's progressive and liberal agenda is nothing less than an attempt to return society to this oppressive form of government. Whether in the United States or in the Mid-East, the agenda is the same... return the people to a caste based society. In totalitarian governments they are using oppression and intimidation techniques; in the United States they are advertising for government social welfare programs, both of these practices are means to the same end.

While this may seem to be somewhat extreme, you have the unique ability to change the narrative and address this so that millions of people gain a new perspective on what is truly happening in the world.

As we have learned from the media over the past 20 years, in any given narrative the question is usually more powerful than the answer; in a large part because the person asking the questions gets to set the agenda of the conversation.

When people come to the realization that the limited government financed support that they receive is effectively in trade for their right to truly be free and experience prosperity in proportion to their abilities and work ethic, I am confident that they will forgo the subsidies.

The patriotic Governors, United States Senators, and Congressional Representatives need to publicly announce what is happening. They need to point out to all Americans that they cannot have both the subsidies and the freedom to truly prosper. Free market trade, capitalism, and individual wealth are all by-products of this first and most important freedom.

The beautiful result of this proclamation is that the blind followers (members of labor unions and others) that are fighting for and promoting progressive liberalism, have defined themselves to being opposed to such practices of limitation. They purport individual liberty and freedom from the oppressive capitalist machine. The effect of successfully getting this point "out there" will splinter the progressives and Democratic base while it grows the conservative Constitutional base. Most importantly it will pave the way for the consciousness of the people throughout the world to turn around and employ the solution instead of furthering the problems.

 I hope and pray that you will have the fortitude to act in implementing the solution to one of our nation's greatest challenges. All that is necessary is for a few courageous American's to ask the right questions and reset the narrative to the proper subject. Call your local radio stations, talk to your political representatives, and most importantly teach your children that the gift of American exceptionalism is in fact something to be grateful for.

Arab Spring is U.S. political manipulation

The Arab spring was likely created, brought about and implemented by this administration. Evidence indicates that Our federal government made the film that they repeatedly refer to as causing the recent attacks, riots, and murder of our ambassador and citizens in the middle east. Obama sent Bernadine Dorn and Bill Ayers to middle eastern nations in 2009 to begin the tumultuous uprisings that killed Mubarak, Qaddafi, and every other national leader that succumbed to western influence. Want to know where the administration intends to go once the world is on fire? Let's take a look at the Executive Orders either initiated or reinstated by President Obama in the last 3 years. This is not a complete list, but it's enough to illustrate this administrations intent to become a totalitarian dictator.

Executive Order 10990 — Allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
Executive Order 10995 — Allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
Executive Order 10997 — Allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals. (Did you allow a "smart meter to be installed on your property?)
Executive Order 10998 — Allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks, or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.
Executive Order 10999 — Allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
Executive Order 11000 — Allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
Executive Order 11001 — Allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
Executive Order 11002 — Designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
Executive Order 11003 — Allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
Executive Order 11004 — Allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
Executive Order 11005 — Allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.
Executive Order 11051 — Specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
Executive Order 11310 — Grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
Executive Order 11049 — Assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
Executive Order 11921 — Allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months (and PDD51 says “Never”). The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation.

3 Simple Steps To Create True Reform.

It has taken the better part of a week since the United States Supreme Court ruled on the “Affordable Care Act” in order for me to gain what I believe to be the proper perspective on how American citizens should act. For those few who have read this law we know that it is not about health care what-so-ever, but instead is about eroding and eliminating individual property rights and inserting the government in the business of re-distribution of wealth as they control the economy. This is further evidence of the progressive movement toward a totalitarian state or socialism.

Conservatives and Republicans alike have fallen into the trap of arguing the issues based on what is historically correct and or Constitutional. What many fail to understand is that those who are attempting to bring about this radical change believe in neither.. Compromise can only be employed successfully when both parties share some common ground or mutual foundational belief that can be built upon. The assumption that the Constitution and rule of law was that “common ground” has been the death knell to all attempts to preserve and protect this sacred document and it's philosophy.

Whether the law is repealed or not, We The People can in fact render it useless and enact the correct measures to address the real problems in healthcare that motivated so many people to support this tragic law. There are 3 specific things necessary to create the environment for the United States to create and maintain the most technologically robust healthcare in the world. These are simple measure that we can insist our Representatives and Senators address and reform, and in so doing the quality of care will be unsurpassed. These measures will also eliminate the need for “The Affordable Care Act” to even it's most ardent supporters.

Tort Reform: The only change in the current legal system necessary to ensure that both frivolous lawsuits are reduced or eliminated, and that those legitimately wronged are indemnified of their loss is to adopt a looser pay system. When the looser of any legal action is forced to pay the legal fees and court costs of their own counsel as well as the opposing party's it gives all parties pause to consider whether or not they are pursuing a legitimate action. This also reduces the expense of malpractice insurance while at the same time reducing the work load on the local court system.

Tax Reform: The current tax code affords subsidies to Doctors, Healthcare providers and institutions, and pharmaceutical companies beyond compare. These subsidies are pad by all taxpayers, and they allow physicians to write off the difference between their stated fees and their pre-negotiated rates that they contractually agree to. Pharmaceutical companies are allowed to sell their newly developed drugs for any amount they choose for the first 3 years of a drug's approval by the FDA, but when they sell it to a different country at a lesser price they are allowed to write off the difference and be subsidized by the American tax payer for this “loss” as well. As a result of the current tax code, the American tax-payer is currently subsidizing these professional organizations as well as the foreign nations they do business with over and above the premiums paid for their own health insurance.

De-Regulate: It is as a result of Federal regulation that a person in Texas cannot purchase their insurance from a firm in Tennessee, or a California company cannot get their benefit package from a firm in South Dakota. If today's politicians are so enamored with the “commerce clause” in the Constitution, why aren't they asserting the State's rights to have contractual commerce from one State to another in matters of insurance?

Personal Responsibility: While I may want to eat steak and salmon at every meal, my budget dictates that once in a while I eat chicken, hamburger, or beans and rice; the free market sets the costs of goods for my grocery budget, and it should be allowed to operate in freely setting the market costs of health care. For generations people have avoided discussing the cost of their care with health care providers because they mistakenly thought they didn't have to pay for it, “that's what they have insurance for.” What nobody bothered to explain to these people is that is the very reason why their individual cost for insurance has risen over 6 times the rate of inflation for the past several years and it will skyrocket beyond that with the bureaucratic involvement of the Federal Government.

Unintended Consequences: The liberal media, unions, and progressive activists all cry “victory for the common man” as a result of the Supreme Courts ruling of the Affordable Care Act being Constitutional. They have spent the last 3 years saying that the poor and lower middle class should receive free health care and purported that this law would give it to them. NOT! When these people needed care prior to having any form of insurance they went to hospitals and clinics' emergency rooms and were never denied care. They didn't pay for their care, and this also drove up the costs of private health insurance. Next year all of these poor unfortunates will get a shock when they file their taxes and try to get their own government subsidies, only to find that their adjusted gross income is now subjected to an additional 2.5% tax to pay for what they used to get for free. And does the money go to the doctors and hospitals? No, that's why this law included the provision of hiring an additional 16,000 IRS agents to ensure the government receives these proceeds. So much for “free” health-care.

So instead of taking the polarizing position of arguing the merits or lack there of within the “Affordable Care Act,” we should instead push for the real reform that will bring about the necessary changes to render the law useless while at the same time creating an environment for the industry to thrive and people to get the best in care. We can no longer afford to engage our time and resources in debating with the progressives; it is time to act decisively with forethought and vision. Let's turn the tables, and lead this discourse, let them react, let them argue the merits of progressivism while we implement the rights and freedoms of a Constitutional Republic. 

Turn On The World ... Turn OFF the Media

It seems funny that someone who communicates through a digital format such as this would suggest that you turn off access to it, but with the ongoing manipulation from virtually all media sources it seems we would all be better off talking to each other than relying on the media to tell us what our fellow citizens think and believe.

If we read the popular stories of the day we are told that the Labor Unions have been handicapped by the Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission--which determined that independent political spending by corporations and unions is protected under the First Amendment. What they don't inform the reader is that this "landmark" ruling only extended the same "freedom of speech" to corporations that Labor Unions have enjoyed since their inceptions. They fail to inform their audience that the Democratic Party has brilliantly funneled U.S. taxpayer money to these unions through various "special projects" and "shovel ready jobs" programs to strengthen the infrastructure, build roads, or stimulate our economy, all the while knowing that a percentage of this money will be returned to the Democratic Party after being laundered in the guise of "Union Dues."  Or we are told that over 60 percent of the population in the United States supports same sex marriage, but they fail to explain why referendums to define marriage as a union between one man and one woman passed overwhelmingly in 39 States.


These are just two illustrations of how the media outlets are writing their propaganda before they find their "source material" and releasing it as "news." If they can manipulate the citizenry to rely on them as their sole source of information they can in effect brainwash the masses into falling lock-step in line with their ideology; using the exact same tactics that the Soviet Union had discovered using "mind-control" during the cold war. What they cannot prohibit is the innate ability of us to communicate to each other and share our ideas, awareness, and wisdom. The inborn sense of freedom and self-governance is deeply rooted in our culture as well as in our very souls, and this is what Jefferson wrote as being our inalienable rights endowed by our creator.


Many may think that this form of manipulation is ground-breaking and new in a digital age, but Thomas Jefferson resigned his position as Secretary of State under George Washington in order to hire a printer and create a newspaper to publish the "Republican" point of view with Madison and Monroe. This was in response to Alexander Hamilton promoting the Federalist ideology by his hiring Fenno to create and publish the National Gazette in Philadelphia. Once again we can recognize the happenings of the present by looking at the past. 

According to the Feds " The U.S. is a war zone at least partially under enemy control"

On May 26, 2012 a Pinehurst Texas affiliate of CBS News reported that a small town sheriff from Montgomery County Texas has shed some light on a new U.S. phenomenon in law enforcement. (You can read the full story at www.whiteoutpress.com/articles/q22012/domestic-spy-drones-to-be-armed.)The government of the United States has secretly deployed unmanned surveillance drones to spy on citizens of the United States and has armed many of them with the same weapons being deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan.


On December 31, 2011 when President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act, it received little attention, and the President commented that he didn't like the "provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation, and prosecution of suspected terrorists," but somehow he didn't object to deploying these weapons within the United States with the intended targets being sovereign citizens. This piece of legislation specifically declares that the United States is a war zone, and is at least partially under enemy control. It also officially declared that the American people are behind enemy lines- the enemy of course being none other than the American people.


Having stated the facts above and referencing the latest article pointing out these facts, it should be said that Senators Ron Wyden (D-OR) and Mark Udall (D-CO) have tried dilligently to take this message to the people but have been restrained by the classified status of the legislation, and the fact that their repeated requests to Attorney General Eric Holder have garnered no response. These two Senators along with a few others have continually attempted to shed light upon a government which has gone too far in its quest for power and control.


When running for the Presidency in 2008 then Senator Obama professed that his administration would be the most transparent in the history of our great nation; I call upon the press and my fellow citizens to force the President to live up to his statement regarding transparency in government along with his interpretation of Executive powers afforded him through the National Defense Authorization Bill and the renewed Patriot Act. These weapons should not be deployed in the United States at all, and certainly not with the intended targets being citizens of The United States. This order should at the very least be rescinded and made public so as to ensure it is never repeated.

Today's Battle

Today's greatest battles are not fought on a traditional battlefields where casualties may be counted in lost lives or property. While there are innumerable battles fought this way, I propose that these are mere distractions when placed in the light of today's true modern warfare.

In modern warfare the battles are fought by our politicians. While it is inconceivable to think that United States Senators and Congressmen could be used as pawns in a world-wide game of dominance, the worrisome thing is that most of them are not even aware that a war is being fought, or that they're involved in the most decisive battles. It is widely recognized by strategists that the two most popular ways of defeating an enemy are to either bankrupt them so they no longer have world influence, or to legislate an ideology into their existing law. We saw the effectiveness of the first strategy with the fall of the Soviet Union. Bankruptcy is devastating to the people of any nation and causes the demise of any governmental authority leaving anarchy to rule until reason prevails or another nation state takes over to restore peace. This strategy is being employed throughout Western Europe and the United States today, and with the default of sovereign debt of these States along with the centralized monetary collapse of assets like the Euro, this strategy may well topple governments and nations that have existed for thousands of years. At the same time we are watching the second strategy unfold on a world wide scale with Sharia law taking a foothold in Western culture. In the United States our enemy takes a more personal risk with the second strategy if they are to be discovered and identified within our government as being traitorous to their sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution; unless there is no watchdog holding our politicians and jurists accountable to uphold their oath of office, which in today's administration is exactly the case.

This is the greatest reason why we as citizens of a sovereign nation must first elect stalwart politicians that recognize and believe in their sacred obligation to uphold our Constitution; and at every opportunity we need to hold them accountable for their actions and or failure to act when it is their duty and obligation to preserve, protect, and defend our nation's laws. As a nation of laws we need our Attorney General to be first in line at the defense of our laws as well as our system of government, Eric Holder has proven himself to be lacking in the character and integrity necessary for this position, yet there has been little to nothing done to hold him accountable.

Thomas Paine saw the dangers of religion in government along with our other founding fathers over two hundred years ago. When he wrote “Age of Reason” it was not to intended to protect the individual from an oppressive God, but to insulate them from any oppressive religion. Paine's intent was not to promote Deism as many revisionist theorist seem to conclude, but to eliminate the possibility of churches being the next oppressor after the various monarchy's were removed from power. Looking at today's radical Islamists one could argue that Paine was prophetic.

The Muslim Brotherhood is a political arm of radical Islam which is gaining power throughout the Middle-East as well as within Western nations. President Obama has appointed no less than 4 of his cabinet members who are members of the Muslim Brotherhood. The question comes to mind whether or not these politicians when placed in the position of choosing, would protect and defend the Constitution or their religious beliefs? It also brings light to the process and rationale behind the President's appointments themselves. Why would the President in a time of war with radical Islam appoint known members of their political arm to high offices within our government, and how was this allowed to happen?

These members of the Muslim Brotherhood who have been appointed by President Obama include:

Rashad Hussain – American ambassador to the 52 nation organization of Islamic countries.

Dalia Mogahed – Appointed to the advisory council on faith-based and neighborhood partnerships.

Ebrahim Patel – Appointed to the President's Faith Advisory Council.

Dr. Vali Nasr – Appointed to co-direct foreign policy toward Afghanistan and Pakistan.

In conclusion it is time for the American people to become aware of what is truly happening in our world and within our midst. Our very freedoms, and ways of life depend on our forcing the various media outlets to report on the true happenings of the day instead of innocuous stories about television personalities. It requires us to embrace personal responsibility in holding one another accountable for our actions, and discouraging any form of government aid or welfare. The system of largess that has become popular in what is commonly described as “crony capitalism” is nothing short of corruption and cannot continue if we are to remain a free people.

History: Who is Nathan Beman and why listen ...

Nathan Beman is my pseudonym but he was a real man who lived from 1757 - 1847. He was a patriot during the American Revolution and acted as a guide for Ethan Allen at Ticonderoga. He witnessed the surrender of the fort, which afforded General Washington the cannons needed to defend Boston from the British blockade. In short; Nathan Beman was a forgotten hero that helped The United States earn its freedom and create the opportunity for liberty throughout the world.

It is my intent to help guide the awareness of people towards that infinite possibility and noble goal of "Liberty and Justice for All" through looking at today's events through the filters of the past. Whenever possible I will reference primary source documents and apply the wisdom of the past to the current events of the day in hopes of bringing light and truth to the often times muddled information that seems intended to confuse and coerce the masses into following another's ideology or rhetoric.
